Happy Mother's Day!

Motherhood has always been my most important job. Come to think of it, it was what I dreamed about as a kid when I thought about my grown up self.

(Besides being a backup dancer on In Living Color...but that’s another email)

I can say with confidence 3 kids and 16 years later, that no matter how someone else does motherhood, it’s a role that’s defined solely by you.

Sometimes you nail it. Other times you feel depleted. Sometimes you are full of pride.

Still other times you are so tired and overwhelmed that you may be asleep right now.

However you’re doing it, if you’re doing your best, you’re doing enough!
